HART Mini Strength BandsMini Strength Band available in different levels to increase the difficulty of any workout and target smaller muscle groups. The bands will add more intensity than resista loops and can easily be wrapped around feet, ankles or knees. Target smaller muscle groups for rehab or use with barbells for banded lifts and presses.
